You're not alone in that. We quench our thirst for good design and valuable contacts at Design Thirstday, the fresh event for designers at the Design Zentrum Hamburg. In October, Thursday will once again be Thirstday. With a refreshing cocktail of short impulses, special guests from the industry and time for stimulating conversations. Gladly with a drink in your hand.
It wasn't just the social dry spells during the pandemic that showed how important personal exchange and a good network are. Since the beginning, the Design Zentrum has been a meeting place and platform for the Hamburg design scene - and beyond. The Design Thirstday continues this idea.
At the beginning of the event, three exciting actors from the scene briefly introduce themselves and their projects - then it's time for a relaxed exchange.
The speakers for the next edition are:
Lilo Schäfer: 3D artist and storyteller for cosmetics, drinks, food and interiors
Christian Nicolaus: designer and co-founder of Studio Bareis + Nicolaus, specialising in visual identities and digital practices
Lucas Hesse: Graphic designer with a focus on visual communication, typography and motion design
