Studierende oder Berufsstarter stellen ihr Portfolio auf der Bühne vor und erhalten wertvolles Feedback
You need a strong portfolio to get orders and jobs from publishers or agencies. But what does a good portfolio look like? That is hardly obvious for many young professionals. The selection process takes place behind closed doors. There is rarely any feedback. In addition, digitisation is constantly creating new job profiles and skills. Often it is not directly evident which course of study fits which job profile. At the same time, many agencies are desperately looking for qualified young people and specialists.
The Portfolio Slam gives students and job starters the opportunity to find out what experts are looking for when they view portfolios. Agencies get the opportunity to get to know the new generation and network.
At the slam four students or career starters present their portfolio on stage. Afterwards they will receive feedback from the expert jury. The audience also learns from the live feedback and gains clarity about what is behind newly created design job profiles. The evening ends with a joint closing at the bar.
